IH 10 West to Hwy. 46 in Boerne. Take Hwy. 46 South to Hwy. 16. Right on Hwy. 16 to Bandera. Hwy. 16 makes a 90 degree turn in Bandera, follow 16 North 22 miles to Medina Highpoint Resort on the left.

From IH-10 North of Kerrville (Exit 508):

South on Hwy. 16 to Loop 534. Turn left on 534 to Hwy. 173. Left on 173 to RR 2828, Turn Right Follow 2828 to Hwy. 16. Tum Right 11 miles to Medina Highpoint Resort on the left.
